Born in Greece, Gianni Ntoumakis draws inspiration from his adventures around the globe. Driven by his passion for travel and culture, his openness to learning and exploring skills and techniques allows him to translate his experiences onto a plate, delivering a unique culinary affair in the process. Specializing in an eclectic mix of cuisines, such as the Mediterranean, Japanese and Latin American cuisines, Gianni boasts an extensive culinary background in high-end restaurants and hotels, including Michelin 3-star restaurants in Spain and Sweden. His meticulous attention to detail, creative vision, and above all else, his ability to connect with the customer, permeate every aspect of his work.
